Warm water flushes through the entire pipeline to remove loose milk solids before they set. Temperature is monitored to make sure the water is hot enough to be effective.
Hot water with alkaline detergent circulates through the system, breaking down milk fats and proteins. The controller doses the chemical automatically and monitors temperature throughout.
Acid rinse removes mineral deposits and sanitizes the lines. Chemical is dosed automatically. When it's done, the system drains and shuts down completely.
